Every saved minute is valued at the front desk wage you enter, with no payroll burden added unless you build it into the wage.
Savings only turn into cash if the desk schedule actually shrinks; otherwise the value is time freed for other tasks.
Afternoon pick-up, phone calls, and new-client onboarding are not included.
The yearly figure is simply twelve times the monthly net; it ignores seasonal swings in attendance.

Is one minute per check-in realistic?

What if the number turns negative?
